Tuesday, June 8th, 2010

I have a very active sex life. Having sex for me is proven to  be the best exercise you can do to your body, you will be burning more calories than doing it in a treadmill. But my partner is not always available all  the time, he has a stable job and he is usually out of town. So when he is away, I do not fool around, instead I pleasure myself using my Sex Toy. I have a collections of adult toys,  I play with them whenever I am alone in my place. I just love the butterfly kiss massages and the clitoris teaser. Whenever I watch a porn  video alone, I  can’t help but feel arouse and I needed something to pacify my urges, good thing I have a Sex Toy carefully kept in my drawer. I actually found a great adult store online where they offer wide variety of sex toys to choose from. They virtually have every thing that can satisfy you when you self pleasure or they can also be used during your mating rituals. There is surely be a Sex Toy that will fit your taste. One of my favorites is the lounge massager with a protruding penis, it gives me indescribable pleasure whenever I spread my legs on that lounge. I use it when I am alone and I feel really hot and I also use it when my partner and I want to play around. He also uses some vibrating cock rings that gives me millions of sensation every time the thing touches me. Having sex and making love should always be passionate and for me one of the main reasons why couple stay married for a long time is because of the healthy sex life they live. And there are many toys to put more excitement in having sex.

My daughter wears glasses and very often, she goes home with a broken or missing glass. Good thing I can buy the Lowest Price Progressive Glasses online. There is actually a store online where I can buy glasses at a discounted rate, it is The #1 online Rx glasses store. I just recently read Eric’s Review of Zenni Optical and it was all true.

About Pain

Monday, January 11th, 2010

About six months ago, I was in my sister’s place in time for her baby shower. All our friends and close relatives where there and it was one great party for her and my niece. I have decided to spend the night in her place since it was a weekend. In the middle of the night, after the party was over, I felt an excruciating pain in my temple. I took two aspirins but the pain seemed to worsen. With the numbing pain in my temple, I would want to throw off so I woke up my sister and asked her if she has some stronger pain killers maybe her husband was taking.  She gave  me  gave me one small pill and I did not bother to ask what it was, I just want to take it and I was hoping it will save me from my misery. And it does. In just a few minutes the pain slowly subsided and I was sleeping soundly in the next hour. Months later, back at my apartment unit, I experience the same pain but this time it was all over my body. I have never been used to cold weathers so my body aches when the temperature is  extremely cold. I remembered the pill my sister gave me when I was in her home, I called her up and asked the name of the drug. She told me it was Tramadol and  she told me where to buy tramadol bluebook. She gave me the website where I can place an  order and I did. I placed an order online and I was informed that the pills will be shipped to me the very next day. After placing an order I read the side effects of tramadol blue book to brace myself. But then I realize, when I took the pill when I was in my sister’s place, I did not experience any bad side effects. No I make it a point to buy tramadolbluebook and have sufficient stock in my home.

The Musculoskeletal System

Friday, February 20th, 2009

The foundations of the body is the musculouskeletal system, which is made up of muscles, bones, joints, and their associated tissues. These are the areas most often injured in sports.

Bones

Bones make up the skeleton, which is the body’s framework. The skeleton has two main functions;

* Supporting the body

* Protecting important organs

Muscles

Muscles move the bones by shortening and lengthening in response to signals from th brain. The major muscle groups are the rotator cuff in the shoulder, quadriceps in the front of the upper arm, triceps behind the upper arm, and the calf muscles behind the lower leg.
